弘益大學商圈為首爾麻浦區核心商業區，聚集購物、夜店、美食、市集等各式平價流行事物，Kakao Friends與Line Friends皆在此開設旗艦店，可說是年輕人逛街與聚會的場所，鄰近西大門區的延世大學、梨花女子大學，組成一個佔地寬廣的大學城區，成為許多遊客必訪之地，也有許多住宿選擇與換錢所。
